Return, Exchange & Refund Policy Ivory Stitch

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That’s completely okay we aim to keep our process simple, fair, and transparent.

1. Return / Exchange Request

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello.ivorystitch@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. (72 hrs)

Subject Line: Your Order Number
Include:

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Product images (mandatory in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

2. Return Shipping Process

Currently, we only support self-shipping for returns/99RS + 2%.

Important:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

  • Returns failing quality check will not be approved

3. Return Charges

  • A ₹120 handling fee will be deducted for returns initiated due to personal preference (e.g., you didn’t like the product, color, or fit).

  • No charges will apply if the return is due to:

    • Damaged product

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Manufacturing defect

4. Shipping Reimbursement

  • We reimburse return shipping charges up to ₹150

  • A valid shipping receipt/bill is mandatory

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after product receipt

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Process:

    • Email request with details

    • Self-ship the product

    • Exchange dispatched after quality check

Note:
No size exchanges for one-size products (if applicable)

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned after 3 days

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer)

8. Bundles / Combo Orders

If part of a bundle is returned:

  • Refund will be calculated based on individual product pricing, not the discounted combo price

9. Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours (may vary during peak periods or festivals)

  • Returns and exchanges are processed after product inspection
