Refund policy

We understand sometimes things don’t work out. That’s okay. Here’s our simple and transparent Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy:

Step 1: Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello.ivorystitch@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Subject line: Your Order Number

Include: Reason for return and product images mandatory for damaged or incorrect items.


Step 2: Ship the Product Back

Please self-ship the product to:

Keep the original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

If the product is not in its original condition, the request will not be approved.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the product in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

If the product is not in its original condition, the request will not be approved.

Important Notes

No returns for sale/discounted items or gift cards.

Currently, only self-shipping is allowed (no reverse pick-up).

We reimburse up to ₹150 for return shipping charges (on submission of the actual shipping bill).

Return Charges

  • ₹100 return handling fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • If the return is due to wrong or damaged product from our side, no charges will apply.

Upon approval, 100% of your order value + ₹150 shipping reimbursement (max) will be refunded.

Reverse pick-up service coming soon.


Refund Timeline

Prepaid Orders → Refund to original payment method within 7 working days of product receiptafter recieving the product.


Exchange Policy

Email us with your order number, reason for exchange, and product images.

Self-ship the item to the same return address.

Once received in original, unused condition with tags, your exchange will be processed.

Note: No size exchanges for one-size products (if applicable).


Bundles Policy

For combo purchases, if you return part of the set:

Refund will be calculated per individual item price, not the discounted combo price.

Example: If you buy 2 trousers for ₹3,198 and return one, refund will be ₹1,699.


Shipping Notes

Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours / Or Depends on the festival.

Refunds and exchanges are processed immediately after product receipt.
