Shipping Policy – Ivory Stitch

At Ivory Stitch, we aim to deliver your order in a timely and reliable manner.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Mumbai or an authorized fulfillment partner.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24–36 hours of confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during sales, festivals, or high-volume periods.

Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Mumbai: 1-2 business days

  • Rest of India: 7-8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier service, and external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for 120/-

Delivery Conditions

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address details

    • Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery

  • Once shipped, address changes or redirection requests cannot be accommodated.

Failed Deliveries

An order may be marked as failed if:

  • Incorrect address is provided

  • Delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability

  • Premises are locked or inaccessible

In such cases:

  • The shipment may be returned to us (RTO)

  • Re-dispatch will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid

Force Majeure

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions (heavy rains, floods)

  • Strikes, bandh, or transport disruptions

  • Government restrictions

In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended.

Damage / Missing Item Claims

  • Any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 36 hours of delivery.

  • Please email hello.ivorystitch@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images / unboxing video as proof

Claims reported after this window may not be accepted.

Liability Disclaimer

Ivory Stitch is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Failed payment authorizations

  • Incorrect information provided by customers
