Shipping policy

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Mumbai or from an approved fulfillment center. We aim to deliver your products within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmed order and payment.

Deliveries Within India

Mumbai Deliveries: Delivered within 5–7 business days.

Rest of India: Delivered within 7–10 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. are generally dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. are dispatched the next business day.

🌐International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping currently.

Payment & Delivery

Only Prepaid Orders are accepted (no Cash on Delivery).

Goods must be signed for by the person who placed the order, at the address specified during checkout.

We are not liable for incorrect addresses or goods signed by anyone other than the intended recipient.

No redirection or rescheduling of delivery addresses is allowed after the order is placed.

Failed Deliveries

An order will be considered undelivered if:

Incorrect address is provided.

Nobody is available to collect the order.

Premises are locked.

Delivery is affected by heavy rains, floods, national bandh, or other force majeure events (in such cases, delivery will be rescheduled and the customer informed).

Claims for Damage or Shortage

Free delivery across India on all orders, regardless of order value.
